However, our plumber suggested changing the model as the wall-mounted passion won’t be suitable for our bathroom considering the size constraints. So, the next day on 30.12.2022 we went to the shop and requested to exchange the model but how they responded to our request was really awkward and embarrassing.
They simply said we don’t exchange ceramics and continue to do their work without bothering our request. But at the time of payment, they said we only can exchange the items if we need to however while approaching them, they just pointed out the seal of NO EXCHANGE/ NO RETURN on the bill.
Instead, they could have mentioned this point around their shop so the buyer will be aware of this policy, and maybe people will never buy particular ceramic items from them.
They think they are an established shop and will have a regular buyer in their shop, HOWEVER, THEY FORGET THAT `WORD OF MOUTH MARKETING` IS ALWAYS THE BEST WAY TO PROMOTE OUR BUSINESS AND ALSO IT WILL SPOIL OUR BRAND NAME AS WELL WHEN YOU DON’T BOTHER ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
